What happens if I miss a deadline?

If you send a note to support@getacopywriter.com and turn in the project within 12 hours of the deadline, no penalty.

If you miss a deadline by more than 12 hours without any notification to us whatsoever, we reserve the right to reassign the project and suspend your account.

We're human too; we understand that things happen, but communication is key. Our clients rely on us, and in many cases if we ask for an extension, we can get one. If you give us enough notice, it’s likely that we can find another writer and won’t have to penalize you at all.
